Larry Gill, Adaptive Health Capital’s Fund Manager, brings 15 years of institutional investment and fund management experience and 23 years of experience in the corporate restructuring community, with significant experience investing in companies in bankruptcy, and has served on and chaired several official and ad hoc creditors committees.

 

Prior to his work with the company, Mr. Gill was the co-founder and co-portfolio manager of ALJ Capital, LLC, an SEC registered investment advisor with oversight over a family of five hedge funds investing in distressed debt and special situation securities and other positions. Mr. Gill oversaw assets under management of $275 million, and he has served on multiple official creditor committees and ad hoc bondholder committees in active Chapter 11 cases.

 

Prior to co-founding ALJ Capital, Mr. Gill was a Senior Vice President and co-head of the Bankruptcy/Reorganization Department at Imperial Capital, LLC, where he was involved in the allocation of proprietary firm capital, analyzing and recommending investment opportunities. Prior to joining Imperial, Mr. Gill worked for approximately five years at the Wall Street law firm Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, where he focused on bankruptcy and out-of-court restructurings, with an emphasis on bondholder representations. Mr. Gill is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and Loyola Law School.
